Reader's Viewpoint: For the sake of Bolivar residents, put a stop to Countywide Landfill

To the Editor:
The Countywide landfill is huge. You can see it when you go past Citgo and when you’re about to get on the highway or go straight.
One time we were outside at recess playing, and it was like the landfill was right beside us because it has such a bad stench. You can’t even play outside sometimes.
I hope everyone will and can recycle so we will not have that big brown and yellow stinky thing. We really need to put the landfill somewhere where no one lives.
Maybe someday we could get rid of all the trash everywhere. But for now, we need to get rid of the landfill.
Everyone, please recycle.
